Description

The Siemens 6ES7231-4HD32-0XB0 is an SM 1231 analog input signal module for the SIMATIC S7-1200 system. It provides four analog input channels with 13 bit resolution and is configurable for current (0/4 to 20 mA), voltage (plus/minus 10 V, plus/minus 5 V, plus/minus 2.5 V) and thermocouple or resistance measurements depending on the module variant settings. The module clips directly onto the S7-1200 rail beside the CPU and is configured from TIA Portal without hardware jumpers.
